USER GUIDELINE
New users registered with the Design.lk website can learn how to register correctly, step by step, and how to use the platform’s features and facilities through this free series of video guides.
How to create a free account
- Click the Register button at the top of the Design.lk website.
- Fill the student registration form you received correctly, and click the register now button.
- Log in to the site again through the verification email received on your email address.
- As the last step, click on your name and update your profile information through the option called profile.
How to watch free lessons & courses
- Select the course you want on the home page of the website and click on it.
- When scrolling down in the course, click on the lessons dropdown.
- Click on the eye mark and watch any video with the label Free as well as a note.
How to purchase a course
- Click on the course you want on the home page of the website.
- Click on the Buy now button and select the package that suits you from Silver, Gold, Platinum and click on the get started button.
- In the payment checkout page, enter the details related to the payment you are making as well as the coupon code, if any. (After applying the coupon code, press the Apply coupon button.)
- Select the option that is convenient for you from the two payment options, full payment or partial payment, in the payment checkout page.
- Finally, if the payment you are making is a credit or debit card payment, make your payment through the payment method called Pay Here, and if the payment you are making is a cash deposit or an online transaction, make your payment through the payment method called Direct Bank Transfer.
How to make remaining payments
- Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the website and select the dashboard option from the dropdown.
- You can view payment details related to your course on the web page that connects you through it.
- Click on the pay now button here and connect with the payment checkout page.
- If the payment you are making is a credit or debit card payment, make your payment through the payment method called Pay Here and if the payment you are making is a cash deposit or an online transaction, make your payment through the payment method called Direct Bank Transfer.
